Thank you for such a quick response time! Waking up with a basement full of water was not the way we wanted to begin our day, but nevertheless; I can’t believe how fast you arrived here. Dennis our plumber, quickly located the problem (sump pump) and had it fixed within 30 minutes after I gave him the ok to replace it.
